Return and Exchange Policy

If you have previously processed an “EXCHANGE” for a style/size within the same order#, it does not refresh the “30 day return period”.
30 days starts from the original order shipped date; not from the date your “EXCHANGE” was processed or received.
In order to qualify for a “RETURN” credit back into your original form of payment, all orders must be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our return policy.)
For returns, we do not accept worn shoes.
Please attempt the shoes on the carpeted surface. Once shoes are worn out of doors on concrete, the underside sole is scraped and isn’t revertible.
Clearance items are not refunded (including special promotion styles).
Refunds will no longer be accepted once an exchange is issued.
In the original condition, shoes should be returned without upper creases or marks on outsoles or other scratches, along with shoe bags and box. It would deduct the price of missing spares from the refund.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
All packaging must be returned with the shoes in order to avoid a restocking fee.
